Brown leather dog collar is decorated with faceted brass studs. The collar has a large brass loop and a brass clasp with three slits and a loop. There is a padlock fastened through the loop. The lock is marked "EUREKA / PAT'D MAY 19, 1884." A metal plate is engraved "JUMBO / OF THE STAR OFFICE / Marion O."
